Cabin Works is currently hiring for the following positions (posting was last updated on 12/9/18):
Seeking a reliable, detail oriented housekeeping team member. Part-time or full-time is available. Opportunity to move into management roles within the department is also available for the right candidate. Candidate must be able to pass a background check and provide their own transportation to/from jobs. Pay is piece rate for recurring vacation rental and turnover style cleans and is hourly for commercial, deep cleans, move out cleans, and general style cleans. Pay is typically between $14-18/hour, plus a fuel stipend per pay period and an end of season bonus for those working through the end of the summer or winter season. For part-time candidates that want to supplement their income, job scheduling can accommodate most job schedules. Willingness to work weekends is preferred.
|Maintenance laborer to assist with maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing, snow removal, paint/stain, handyman projects, remodels, etc. Candidate must be reliable, able to work well with others, have a good work ethic and be responsible. Candidate must also be able to pass a background check. The work week is Monday – Friday, and includes occasionally emergency after hours support on a rotating schedule. Full-time and part-time position is available. Pay is hourly and is set DOE. A company truck will be provided for use during the work day.|
Snow Plow Driver
|Full-time or part-time snow plow driver to assist with residential plowing. Truck provided. Experience required. Offering additional part-time or full-time work in maintenance/remodel departments for the right person. Pay above $16/hr and is DOE and skill set.|
|Part-time shovelers to assist with commercial snow removal accounts. Schedule dependent on snow fall and may include weekends. Care taken to accommodate other work schedules and/or personal commitments in on-call scheduling. Transportation is preferred, but not required. Pay at between $13 – $16, based on experience and responsiveness. End of season bonus based on hours worked.|
|Skilled handyman with experience working on property maintenance and/or remodeling jobs to include carpentry, drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical, and/or flooring. This candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and be able apply critical thinking skills while on the job. This candidate must be able to communicate effectively and use a smart phone to relay job completion information to the office each day. Opportunity for growth and managing a team is available. We are seeking a friendly, trustworthy, team player. Candidate must be able to pass a background check. The work week is Monday – Friday, and includes occasional emergency after hours support on a rotating schedule. Company vehicle is provided during the work day. One full-time position is available, though a candidate seeking part-time work may be considered if the right candidate. Pay above $16/hr and is DOE and skill set.|
