Cabin Works is currently hiring for the following positions (posting was last updated on 4/9/19):
|Seeking seasonal employees or contractors to assist with exterior painting and staining this summer season. Assistance with window washing services also an option. Year round opportunities available as well. Insurance is required for contractors. Pay ranges based on contractor status and experience. This candidate must be reliable, and be able to work well with others. A drivers license is required.|
Seeking a reliable, detail oriented housekeeping team member or team of 2. Part-time or full-time is available. Candidate must be able to pass a background check and provide their own transportation to/from jobs. Pay is piece rate for recurring vacation rental and turnover style cleans and is hourly for commercial, deep cleans, move out cleans, and general style cleans. Pay is typically between $15-35/hour, plus a fuel stipend per pay period and an end of season bonus for those working through the end of the summer or winter season. For part-time candidates that want to supplement their income, job scheduling can accommodate most job schedules. Willingness to work weekends is preferred.
|Maintenance laborer to assist with maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing, snow removal, paint/stain, handyman projects, remodels, etc. Candidate must be reliable, able to work well with others, have a good work ethic and be responsible. Candidate must also be able to pass a background check. The work week is Monday – Friday, and includes occasionally emergency after hours support on a rotating schedule. Full-time and part-time position is available. Pay is hourly and is set DOE. A company truck will be provided for use during the work day.|
|Skilled handyman with experience working on property maintenance and/or remodeling jobs to include carpentry, drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical, and/or flooring. This candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and be able apply critical thinking skills while on the job. This candidate must be able to communicate effectively and use a smart phone to relay job completion information to the office each day. Opportunity for growth and managing a team is available. We are seeking a friendly, trustworthy, team player. Candidate must be able to pass a background check. The work week is Monday – Friday, and includes occasional emergency after hours support on a rotating schedule. Company vehicle is provided during the work day. One full-time position is available, though a candidate seeking part-time work may be considered if the right candidate. Pay starting at $17/hr or higher depending on experience.|
