Cabin Works is currently hiring for the following positions (posting was last updated on 1/18/21):


Housekeeper (Short-Term Rental, Commercial, General Cleaning):
  • Provide peace of mind to our clients through reliable, thorough cleaning services at various property locations in our service area. (office spaces, primary homes, 2nd homes, vacation rental properties)
  • Provide onsite laundry turnover services as required by job scope and manage laundry accurately if delivering to our office location for processing
  • Remove accumulated garbage from vacation rental properties (up to 4 kitchen size sealed bags) during cleaning
  • Report damage or issues at property if found during cleaning service
  • Keep owners closets clean and organized
  • Fill out daily time sheets with job notes

Pay and Benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling. Part-time or Full-time scheduling available.
  • Limited time offering: Signing bonus! Work 15+ hours per week for 90 days and receive an additional bonus of $300! Mention this signing bonus at time of application submittal to receive.
  • Two seasonal bonuses per year
  • Bi-weekly paycheck’s every other Friday, with direct deposit available.
  • $15-35/hour. Pay is provided per job and is piece rate for recurring residential cleaning and is hourly for commercial and one-time cleans.
  • A fuel stipend is provided to compensate for transportation to cleaning jobs.
  • 401k company match after 1 year for full-time staff

Housekeeping Inspector
  • Provide peace of mind to our clients through reliable, thorough on-site property inspections following housekeeping cleaning services to ensure quality housekeeping work meets standards. 
  • Relay kudos to housekeepers when job is well done and relay critiques to housekeepers if oversights are found.
  • Report any property damage or maintenance issues during inspections through email with pictures.
  • Assist housekeepers with fine tune touch-up cleaning, amenities distribution, linen distribution, garbage removal, and/or bed making as needed
  • Assist housekeepers in keeping the owners closets clean and organized
  • Fill out daily time sheets with job notes
  • Must provide own vehicle. A valid drivers license and good driving record is required.  

Pay and Benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling. Part-time scheduling available at 15 hours per week. Full-time scheduling available by supplementing hours in the laundry room or by providing housekeeping services. Mid-day during the week and one weekend day is preferred. Schedule can be built each week to accommodate other outside scheduling commitments.
  • Two seasonal bonuses per year
  • Bi-weekly paycheck’s every other Friday, with direct deposit available.
  • $14-$16/hour. The starting hourly wage is dependent on experience.
  • A fuel stipend is provided to compensate for transportation to cleaning jobs.
