Full-time Housekeeper (Short-Term Rental, Commercial, General Cleaning):
Seeking a reliable, detail oriented team member or team of 2 to join our housekeeping department. Pay is typically between $16-$35/hour, plus a fuel stipend per pay period and an end of season bonus for those working through the end of the summer or winter season. Pay is piece rate for recurring vacation rental and turnover style cleans and is hourly for commercial, deep cleans, move out cleans, and general cleans. Job scheduling is flexible and can accommodate most job schedules. Must pass background check and provide their own transportation to/from jobs. Part-Time Short Term Rental Housekeeper (2-8 hrs per week, night and/or weekend):
NEW POSITION! Seeking *very* part-time housekeeper to clean and stage vacation rental properties. Flexible schedule and hours to work around another job and schedule. Perfect way to supplement your income. Ideal candidate would provide turnover services for 1 or 2 properties (2-8 hours) each week. This part-time position is paid hourly at $25/hr, including drive-time and fuel stipend. You must be able to pass a background check and provide own transportation to/from jobs.


Skilled Handyman – Part-Time (12-24 hrs per week):
Skilled handyman with experience working in property maintenance to join our team. This candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and be able apply critical thinking skills while on the job. This candidate must be able to communicate effectively and use a smart phone to relay job completion information to the office each day. Opportunity for growth and managing a team is available. We are seeking a friendly, trustworthy, team player. Candidate must be able to pass a background check. The work week is Monday – Friday, and includes occasional emergency after hours support on a rotating schedule. Job schedule and working hours are negotiable. Company vehicle is provided during the work day. Pay starting at $17/hr or higher depending on experience.
