Checking for damages between guests is of utmost importance and we will always notify you if damage is identified so that you can hold the appropriate amount from the security deposit. We try our best to assign one housekeeper or team to your home to support efficiency and consistency.
Customized to Fit Your Needs
Our services are customizable to fit your needs. Prior to your first service, we will discuss your home, priorities, and requirements at length and will develop a “data sheet” for your property to ensure we have all of your specifications outlined. Details such as “what to remove from the refrigerator/freezer?” will be identified. Should we remove everything? Leave condiments? What should be done with unopened alcohol containers? All details will be customized for you. Feeling overwhelmed? Don’t be! Our vast experience working with vacation rental owners and management companies can help you determine what the best approach is for your unique situation.
Laundry services are available during turnover cleaning and is provided in the flat fee estimate. We complete laundry at our laundry facility in our Cabin Works Granby location to then be folded, bagged and returned the following scheduled clean.
We offer a competitively priced amenities program to restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges, shampoo, bar soap and more and can provide these supplies in bulk or only when your property is out of a particular item and you have guests checking in. Prior to your first service, we will discuss with you what your preferences are for distribution of supplies and our staff will follow those guidelines. If you would prefer to stock amenities on your own, our staff will distribute throughout the house during the turnover at no additional fee. A complete amenities list with prices will be given to you at the time of your estimate upon request.
If you have specific requirements for how linens and decorative pillows are arranged, we will take pictures to incorporate into your property’s data sheet to ensure that your property is consistently staged each time. Cabin Works can also stage welcome baskets, deliver fresh flowers, facilitate dry cleaning of comforters, etc.
24×7 Emergency Support
Cabin Works offers 24×7 support should any cleaning or maintenance emergencies arise through our Priority Support Program. Our maintenance department can accomplish last minute repairs prior to guest arrival, remove excess garbage, and provide emergency support if you need it. We will work with you to identify what you would like our role to be, whether providing automatic maintenance services directly for your guests or only approved services through you.
