Most Grand County property owners don’t live here full time. Keeping an eye on your investment from a distance is a real challenge. That’s where we come in.
Cabin Works is a family-owned property management company serving Grand County since 2010. We work with homeowners, vacation rental owners, HOAs, and commercial properties across Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, Grand Lake, and Hot Sulphur Springs. Our services span cleaning, maintenance, and property checks through full trade coordination, covering everything from routine turnovers to roofing, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and emergency response.
We build long-term relationships with our clients. Over time, we get to know your property, your preferences, and the details that matter, so when something needs attention, we’re already a step ahead.

We’re proud to be a multi-year Best of Grand winner and finalist. We’re equally proud of the team that earned it.
That team runs on a shared set of core values: People Matter Most, Take Ownership, Do What’s Right, and Thrive Together. These aren’t words on a wall. They’re how we make decisions, how we treat our clients, and how we show up for each other every day. Our mission is to minimize the hassle of property ownership by delivering peace of mind through reliable services, consistent communication, and a company culture of integrity. Staying true to both is what makes this a company we’re proud to run and proud to work for.

Our founders, Sarah and Phill Martin, are both engineers, and that background shows up in how the business runs. We like systems, we follow through, and we communicate when something comes up. EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, helps us stay that way as we grow.
Living and working in Grand County means something at Cabin Works. Sarah talks about what work-life balance actually looks like on our team.
