Cabin Works provides preventative and emergency property maintenance for residential properties in Grand County, CO through our Priority Support Program. Our residential clients typically live out town and need an on-site partner for the maintenance management of their home, whether they are using their home for friends and family only, renting long-term, or renting short-term.
Through our Priority Support Program, our clients receive 24 x 7 emergency support, priority service scheduling, phone troubleshooting support, and recurring property checks. Following each property check, our clients receive a detailed report of current status of the home, including pictures. Providing peace of mind to our clients is our ultimate goal.
Our Cabin Works technicians are trained through a National Home Inspector program to assist in identifying preventative and urgent repair needs as well as minor issues during scheduled house checks. Our trained staff and extensive partner network can provide repair services as needed.
